Quote requests and booking

Orlando Stage Co. provides stage and riser rental services for events in Central Florida. A website inquiry, saved design or quote does not reserve equipment or confirm a booking. Equipment, venue access, installation requirements and dates must be reviewed by our team. A booking is confirmed only through our written confirmation and the payment arrangements stated in your booking agreement.

Submitting a website form asks us to respond to your request; it does not sign a rental contract or authorize a payment. The written agreement for your event should identify the contracting business, equipment, dates, services, payment schedule and cancellation conditions. Event-specific terms agreed in writing govern that booking, subject to applicable law.

Prices, payments and additional charges

Your written quote should state the stage configuration and finish, stairs or other selected items, delivery and pickup, installation, any applicable tax and any agreed extra services. Confirm which items are included before booking. Deposit amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are set out in the written booking agreement. We do not publish a universal deposit percentage or cancellation fee.

Changes to size, finish, event date, installation or pickup time, loading access or venue location may change the price. Request a revised written quote before approving a change. See Pricing and additional fees and Cancellations and refunds.

Installation and venue access

Provide accurate venue details and arrange permission for delivery, installation and pickup. Tell us about stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, carry distances, parking, access windows, outdoor surfaces and other conditions that may affect the work. The venue and our team must resolve any required permits, accessible routes, guardrails, load requirements and weather provisions before installation.

Only authorized crew should move, alter or dismantle the installed stage. Discuss your intended use and equipment with our team; do not assume a builder image approves a particular load or construction method.

Stage clearance and pickup delays

The stage and agreed loading access must be clear of decor, furniture, equipment and other vendors' property by the agreed pickup-ready time. Schedule other vendors' teardown to finish before that time.

Client- or venue-caused waiting is charged at $100 for each started 30-minute block when our crew is present and ready to work. The clock starts at the later of the agreed pickup-ready time or our crew's actual ready-to-work arrival. There is no waiting charge for our early arrival or delays caused by Orlando Stage Co. Waiting time is documented and billed separately under the booking terms.

Damage and changes at the event

Report damage or a concern promptly and keep guests away from equipment that may be unsafe. Responsibility for loss, damage, cleaning or unauthorized changes, and any associated charges, must be addressed in your written rental agreement. These website terms do not set an automatic replacement charge or authorize an unspecified charge.

Design tools and your uploads

The stage and room builders provide planning concepts. Dimensions, seating illustrations and suggested layouts require venue and equipment review; they are not engineered drawings, an occupancy approval or confirmation of accessibility compliance. Tables, chairs and other room items may be planning references rather than items supplied by Orlando Stage Co.

Upload only material you are authorized to share. Sending it with a quote allows us to use it to evaluate, plan and service that event, including sharing relevant setup details with our crew. It does not grant us permission to use your private plan in public marketing. See our privacy policy.

Website use and assistance

Do not attempt to access another customer's portal or the owner workspace, interfere with the service or upload malicious content.
