Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Before you book

There is no deposit required to request a quote. We currently agree deposit amounts, payment deadlines, cancellation conditions and refund arrangements individually in writing before booking. There is no standard percentage, cancellation deadline or blanket nonrefundable-deposit rule published on this website.

Before paying, make sure your booking agreement states what happens if you cancel, move the event date, reduce the order, or the venue or weather prevents installation. If a condition is missing or unclear, ask us to clarify it in writing before confirming the booking.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email sales@orlandostageco.com with your quote or booking reference, event date and requested change. For an urgent event change, also call (917) 399-7284. Ask for written acknowledgment; submitting a message alone is not confirmation that an event schedule has changed.

We review the booking agreement, payment record and work already performed, then explain any applicable cancellation charge, retained amount or refund in writing. If a refund is due, we will confirm its amount, method and expected processing time. This page does not create a new cancellation fee or override rights provided by law.

Rescheduling or changing the order

A replacement date is subject to equipment and crew availability. Changes to the venue, stage size, finish, access or schedule may require a revised quote. Any transfer of payments, price change or credit should be confirmed in writing before the new date is treated as booked.

Weather, unsafe conditions and venue restrictions

Outdoor events need an agreed plan for weather, ground conditions and safe installation. Contact us as soon as a forecast or venue restriction may affect the event. Installation or use may need to be delayed, changed or stopped if conditions are unsafe. Refunds, credits and rescheduling arrangements depend on the written booking agreement and applicable law; a weather disruption does not by itself establish a fixed refund amount on this website.
