ORLANDO STAGE CO.
Pricing and additional fees
Updated October 5, 2026
What to confirm in your stage quote, including travel, setup and pickup waiting charges.
What your quote covers
Request a written total for the configuration and services you need. It should identify the stage footprint and height, selected finish, stairs, delivery and pickup, setup and takedown, applicable tax and any approved extras. A per-panel or base rental rate does not automatically include every service. Review the quote before confirming the event.
Travel and venue conditions
Delivery and pickup pricing depends on the venue address, trip requirements and access. Tell us about tolls, paid parking, long carries, stairs, elevators, restricted loading times and extra trips so that the quote can account for them. Travel estimates are reviewed before the quote is sent. Material changes should be agreed in writing.
Waiting at pickup
$100 per started 30-minute block applies to client- or venue-caused waiting after the agreed pickup-ready time when our crew is present and ready. A 10-minute chargeable delay is one block; a 40-minute chargeable delay is two blocks. The clock starts at the later of the agreed time or our crew's ready-to-work arrival.
No waiting fee applies to our early arrival or a delay caused by Orlando Stage Co. The stage must be fully clear and loading access available. Waiting is documented and billed separately under the agreed booking terms.
Confirm before approving
If an item or possible charge is unclear, email sales@orlandostageco.com before booking. Ask for updated written pricing when your requirements change. Payment, cancellation and damage conditions belong in your event agreement.
