Do you work directly with individual decorators?+
Yes. We work with independent decorators, DJs, planners, and event professionals. Send us your specs to request wholesale pricing.
What’s included in the rental price?+
Your quote outlines the selected stage system, finishes, delivery, setup, and strike. Our setup crew is included. Venue-specific requirements and any additional charges are confirmed in the quote.
Can you match custom dimensions or colors?+
We can discuss custom layouts, dimensions, facade panels, and finishes. Share a floor plan or reference in your request; we’ll confirm what is possible for your date.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
Allow at least 72 hours. Book earlier for larger or custom builds and peak event dates. All bookings depend on confirmed availability.
Do you offer white-label or subcontract arrangements?+
Yes. We can work as your behind-the-scenes staging partner. You keep the client relationship and handle your client’s invoice; we handle the agreed build.
What happens if something gets damaged?+
Damage responsibilities are set out in your rental agreement before booking. If something happens, document it and contact the team promptly so we can assess the next steps.
