Get help with an inquiry

If a website feature makes it difficult to get information or request a quote, email sales@orlandostageco.com or call (917) 399-7284. You can send your event date, venue and stage requirements directly to our team. The visual builders are optional.

When reporting a problem, include the page, what you were trying to do and, if you wish, the browser or assistive technology you use. Do not include private portal links in public feedback.

Keyboard and text controls

• Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and controls. A visible focus outline shows the current control. Use the skip link to reach the main content.
• In the stage panel editor, arrow keys move between panels; Enter or Space applies the selected tool. Tab leaves the panel editor.
• When the stage preview has focus, arrow keys rotate it, plus and minus zoom, and Home resets the view.
• For the room plan, select an item from the item list or layout key and use the labeled position, size and angle fields. On the focused room canvas, arrow keys move the selected unlocked item and Shift increases the step.
• Video guides provide written steps and caption tracks. The tutorial dialog can be closed with Escape.

Ongoing improvements

We review text contrast, image descriptions, form labels, focus indicators and keyboard controls. Complex visual layouts can still require assistance, especially with screen readers. This page is not a claim that every feature has been independently certified or that a generated event layout meets venue accessibility requirements. Contact us for help, and confirm physical access requirements with the venue and installation team.
