To request a correction, information about how your data is used, or deletion, email sales@orlandostageco.com. You can also call (917) 399-7284 for help starting the request.

1. Use the email address associated with your inquiry if possible.
2. Tell us whether you want a correction, information or deletion.
3. Include your quote reference or event date if available, so we can find the right record.

Do not send passwords, portal links, government identification or payment-card numbers. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request. We do not delete or disclose another person's records solely because someone knows their name or event date.

What happens next

A team member reviews the request and checks the relevant website records, uploaded files, portal access, business email and Google Sheets records under our control. Sending a request does not automatically erase records or cancel a booking. We respond after reviewing the request and any verification needed, following deadlines required by applicable law.

Active-event records and information required for accounting, tax, disputes or other legal obligations may need to be retained. We will explain relevant limitations and what action we took. Routine provider backups or retained records may follow their applicable retention processes. Read the privacy policy for more information.
